Pl01 Stealth Tank - While the Polish military may be worried about an attack from Russia, the PL-01 concept tank looks like an armored vehicle from a sci-fi video game. Unlike modern MBTs, this light tank features a modular ceramic aramid shell and has been shown to be able to protect all parts of the hull and turret from anti-aircraft shells. -standard tank 30mm to 40mm, but it was one of the first tanks with stealth technology.
First unveiled at the International Defense Industry Exhibition in September 2013, the PL-01 was developed by OBRUM with support from BAE Systems and is largely based on the Swedish CV90120-T light tank. The appearance of the tank does not differ from the standard MBTs in service today, such as the American M-1 Abrams or the German Leopard 2.

However, it is similar to the Russian T-14 Armata tank, with the fact that the three crew members, including the commander, the pilot and the gunner, occupy the main hull, although the unmanned turret is controlled remotely. It is similar to the Israeli Merkava in that it features a rear cockpit - although the rear fuselage section can be used to carry four additional soldiers.

As mentioned earlier, the entire tank is covered in multiple layers of a modular ceramic aramid hull that can be replaced in the field if parts are damaged. As well as intercepting anti-aircraft rounds from enemy fire, the shell also protects passengers from landmines and improvised explosive devices (IED), and the PL- 01 to withstand explosions such as 10kg of TNT near the fuselage.
Like the T-14, ammunition was stored in a separate compartment, although the Polish design also featured firing panels when rounds were fired. About 40 boxes can be carried in the box.
The PL-01 was developed with a 120mm gun that featured an autoloader as its main weapon, and the gun was capable of firing all NATO 120mm anti-tank weapons and firing at anti-tank missiles. The secondary armament includes a coaxial 7.62mm machine gun, but the weapon bays on the tank can also be equipped with a heavy 12.7mm machine gun or a 40mm grenade launcher.
The tank designed by Poland also used a type of stealth technology - and although the tank would not be invisible on the battlefield, it has a thermal protection system that would be very difficult to detect with conventional thermal sensors. According to reports, the entire tank may be covered with radio-protective materials.

This may be similar to the British Challenger 2 tank, which also featured a hull and turret that used a lower radar cross section.
The PL-01 was well-regarded from 2013 to 2015, but little has been talked about or shown since then. Stealth technology may be good enough to disappear completely.
